Richland, Pasco, Kennewick, West Richland Homes and Land
I got into Real Estate in 1998 in a small rural community in Washinton State. The company did not even belong to a Multiple Listing Service. Now I am with Coldwell Banker Adams Realty in Kennewick WA. I actually work in all of the Tri-Cities area; Richland, Pasco, Kennewick, West Richland, and more. Business continues to grow. I can email all the properties from the MLS to anyone who inquires. Even provide tax and county info online. Weather has been nice.
Joe Maughan was born in Colville, WA. At that point the family lived at a smaller berg in the outlining area, known as Rice. The home was a little brown cottage with a white picket fence, nestled in a narrow valley and located just a few feet from a small stream. The yard had tiger lilies bordering the stream and large douglas fir trees in and around the yard. There was a 8'x10' root cellar in the back yard and on the north side of the house was a large garden area with a nice south facing slope. I loved living here.
I am now with River Realty of Pasco WA. The move gives me more opportunity to develop my own system or working. Business is good.
